Mosquito Reduction Plan
Diam Pest Control now offers a mosquito reduction plan designed to help make
the outdoors a more comfortable environment for you, your family and your
friends.
 Service Program
Service will be performed on a monthly basis. We will treat bushes and
vegetation with an adulticide. This will kill adult mosquitoes which land
and rest in these areas. We will also look for conditions conducive for
breeding sites. Larvicides will be applied in these areas to stop the
reproductive cycle.
Helpful Hints
Because mosquitoes can fly in from adjacent properties it is recommended
that a repellant be used at times when mosquitoes are most prevalent. A
"Mosquito Cognito" machine can be purchased from your Diam technician. This
is an odorless, electric mosquito repellant. It is a silent and compact and
can be effective up to 100 feet and for 360 hours. They can be purchased for
$29.95. We also have refills available.
Pricing Information
To service an average size lawn would be $35.00 per month. Because not every
yard is the same, prices will vary. Tree lines, ponds and other areas that
are likely to promote mosquito populations are all factors that must be
considered in the pricing.
Service Terms
For your convenience, no appointment is necessary. However, gates need to be
unlocked and pets must be inside during the treatment. They can be returned
1 hour after completion of the service. In addition payments will be made
by credit card.
