Diam's 4 Season's Home Pest Elimination Plan is designed to keep your
home pest free all year long. Our plan is the safest most economical way to
control pests in your home. we service every 3 months which is often enough
to provide continuous protection from service to service. Our pesticides are
designed to provide protection from insects for up to 90 days.
Pests Eliminated
We will eliminate such pests as Spiders, Yellow Jackets, Wasps, Roaches,
Fleas, Silverfish, Crickets, Boxelderbugs, Earwigs, Centipedes, Ants,
Millipedes, and Mice.
Service Warranted
If you should notice a problem between scheduled services we will come
back and take care of the problem at no additional charge. The warranty does
not include wood destroying organisms such as Termites and Powder Post
Beetles, or flying insects such as Mosquitoes and Moths, etc. If you should
decline a scheduled 4 Seasons service the warranty shall be voided.
